DO YOU SHIP TO ME?

We ship to the vast majority of countries across the globe. We want you to be able to represent FREND no matter where you are. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We are pleased to offer free shipping to all orders Australia wide.

There is a flat rate fee of $19.99 AUD for all overseas orders. If you spend $150 AUD or more, shipping is waived.

Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping options.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take up to 21 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SEND IT BACK?

There’s a 14-day expiry date from the day you receive your order for valid returns. Please note the following options suitable for returns.

  • Item is the wrong size.
  • Item is damaged upon delivery.
  • Item is not what you ordered.
  • Item does not meet your expectations.

Refund: Postage and packaging fees to submit a return are not covered by FREND. Refunds are paid in full however all overseas returns are minus the shipping flat rate of $19.99. This will be processed once your returned item is received back to FREND.

Exchange: If the size isn't right, we can switch it out for the same item in a different size - as long as we have it in stock. If we don't, you'll need to select another option.

Credit: We'll give you a discount code equal to the value of your returned item. You can use this for any future purchase.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Always check your tracking number for the location of your item. Should you need our assistance, email us directly at hello@frendcollective.com and we will get back to you to investigate further.
